    Set the room

    Choose the start time, party size, listing visibility, and Pokémon GO lobby type.

    Sign in when ready

    Your draft stays in this browser while you sign in and choose the hosting Trainer.

    Review the share image

    Confirm the localized boss, gym, host, and room settings before creating anything.

    Share and coordinate

    Send the final link and follow friend request, ready, invite, and lobby progress live.

    Configure before signing in

    Fill in the raid, time, capacity, and optional gym while the draft stays in this browser.
  2. 02

    Choose how people find and join

    Public and link-only rooms remain available to everyone. Launch Access also removes daily usage limits until further notice; any counter change will be announced at least 30 days ahead. The Pokémon GO lobby can still be public or private.
  3. 03

    Confirm the host and image

    Sign in only for the final check, choose your Trainer, and review the real first-share image.
  4. 04

    Create, share, and advance

    Create once, share the final room link, invite ready Trainers, and move the room to the lobby.

    Check the boss, start time, language, open places, and current room state.

    Sign in to act

    Viewing and sharing are public. Joining and status updates require an account.
  3. 03

    Choose profiles

    Select one or more Trainer profiles within the remaining capacity.

    Report progress

    Mark the friend request and ready states, then follow the invitation to the lobby.
  5. 05

    Pass it on

    After joining, share the same current link so the next trainer can join quickly.

Recruit remote Trainers

The host enters at the Gym and invites remote Trainers in Pokémon GO.

Public listing

Appears in the raid list and can also be opened and shared by link.

Link only

Does not appear in the raid list, but anyone with the link can view, join, and reshare the room.

Private lobby

After creating the room, the host adds a three-Pokémon code. Trainers joining by remote invite usually do not need the code.

After the room is created, the completion step shows the actual image used when you share its link.

Quick answers

Before your first party

Can I view a room without an account?Yes. Room details and sharing are public. You sign in only when you create, join, or update a room.
Can I join with more than one trainer?Yes. Choose multiple Trainer profiles as long as enough places remain in the room.
Can participants share the room?Yes. Sharing is a primary action before and after joining, so anyone can help fill the party.
Is there a chat room?No. Poke Party uses progress states and limited quick signals to keep coordination focused.
