1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and 1990Company, at 601, 7, Cheonjung 1-gil, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, when you access or use Poke Party. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required in your country. Users under 14 in the Republic of Korea must not create an account. In the EEA, the applicable minimum may be between 13 and 16 depending on the member state. If you meet the local minimum but are still a minor, use Poke Party only after a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and permitted your use where required. If you use Poke Party for a group or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. What Poke Party provides
Poke Party helps people create, join, share, and coordinate Pokémon GO raid groups. A host may publish a discoverable room or use an unlisted link-only room, recruit remote participants, in-person participants, or both, and optionally share a three-Pokémon private game-lobby code with active room members. It can also show room status, each participant’s join method, readiness, friend-request progress, invitation progress, and optional friend listings. Elite Raid rooms are limited to in-person participation. Shadow Raid rooms can recruit remote participants because Pokémon GO supports Remote Raid Passes for Shadow Raids.
Poke Party is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Niantic, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo. Game availability, rules, names, and trademarks are controlled by their respective owners.
A displayed place in a room is not guaranteed until the current room state accepts the join. Network conditions, the game, the host, or another participant may prevent a raid from starting or completing. Poke Party does not control the game and cannot guarantee invitations, attendance, rewards, or raid results.
3. Accounts and public information
- Provide accurate account and trainer information, keep sign-in codes and sessions secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Review any values suggested by screenshot assistance. Automated extraction can be incomplete or incorrect and does not prove ownership of a game account.
- Choose your service country accurately. Interface language does not select data-handling jurisdiction.
- Review your Trainer name and any optional gym name before creating or joining. Those values can appear in a room and in a shared link preview. Use only a public venue name for the gym field, never a home, private meeting place, or information that identifies a person. Treat a link-only room as unlisted rather than confidential because anyone with its link can open, join, and reshare it.
- Publish a friend listing only for yourself and review its public fields. A signed-in visitor can view and copy the Trainer Code until the listing is removed or expires.
- Do not impersonate another person, publish another person’s private information, or use a misleading name or listing.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not create deceptive raids, harass or threaten people, coordinate abuse, or submit unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, malicious, or fraudulent content.
- Do not sell, trade, or advertise game accounts, in-game items, currencies, characters, or other virtual goods through Poke Party.
- Do not expose another person’s email, Trainer Code, authentication secret, location, or sensitive information. Use the designated friend-listing control only for your own Trainer Code.
- Do not disrupt or overload the service, bypass access or usage limits, scrape at unreasonable volume, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access. This does not restrict rights that applicable law cannot lawfully restrict.
- Do not use Poke Party to violate the rules of Pokémon GO or another service you use. You are responsible for your conduct on third-party services.
5. Your content and moderation
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Poke Party a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, format, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide the room, listing, sharing, support, safety, and moderation features you request.
The licence ends when the content is deleted from Poke Party, except for secure backups, records we must keep by law, or copies already received by third parties. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide the content.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or preserve relevant records when reasonably needed to address fraud, payment abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, infringement, harassment, or a material breach of these Terms. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.
6. Optional paid upgrades
New checkout is not currently available during Launch Access. Existing purchase, subscription, cancellation, refund, and access records continue to be handled under these Terms and the Refund Policy.
When checkout is available, current products, prices, currencies, billing intervals, and included benefits are displayed on the Pricing page before payment. Raid Week Pass is a one-time seven-day benefit. Poke Party Plus is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. Ad-Free Lifetime is a one-time account benefit offered only when Poke Party advertising is available.
During Launch Access, all accounts may create public or link-only rooms and join raids without the ordinary daily Free-plan counters being enforced. Concurrent-room, room-capacity, safety, anti-spam, abuse-prevention, and game limits still apply. Poke Party will announce the checkout start date and any applicable Free limits at least 30 days before either change takes effect.
Public and link-only rooms, private Pokémon GO lobbies, and sharing images remain available to every account after Launch Access. Raid Week Pass and Poke Party Plus may remove the Free daily raid-create and raid-join counters for their paid period, as displayed before checkout. Ad-Free Lifetime suppresses Poke Party advertising placements while you are signed in to the purchasing account; it does not change raid usage or remove necessary service messages, legal notices, or third-party provider screens.
Creem is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller at checkout. Creem collects payment, calculates applicable tax, issues invoices, and handles subscription, refund, and dispute activity. Paid access starts only after Poke Party receives confirmation of the completed transaction.
The person who completes checkout must have the legal age and capacity required to make the purchase. If the account user cannot lawfully purchase, a parent or legal guardian must review the offer and complete checkout as the buyer. The buyer may use an email address different from the Poke Party account email and remains subject to Creem Buyer Terms.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew for the displayed interval until cancelled. You can cancel through the Creem customer portal linked from the signed-in Billing page. Unless a refund or immediate cancellation is separately approved, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period.
Deleting your Poke Party account is not the same as cancelling a plan. Account deletion immediately disables Poke Party access and schedules known subscriptions not to renew. It does not automatically create a prorated refund, so contact support before deletion if you need a refund reviewed.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
The separate Refund Policy explains how to request a review through support@poke.party. Approved refunds are processed through Creem. A full refund or successful payment dispute ends the benefit linked to that payment; a partial refund does not automatically shorten an otherwise active subscription.
Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, refund, tax, chargeback, and consumer-guarantee rights where you live always take priority over a conflicting part of these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features, offers, or limits. We will give reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects an active paid benefit, unless urgent security, legal, provider, or abuse-prevention needs make advance notice impractical.
We may update these Terms. The effective and last-updated dates will change, and we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance when required by law or when a material change affects your rights.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
Poke Party is provided with reasonable care, but online services can experience interruptions and errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or successful participation in a third-party game event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights, data-protection obligations, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Any additional limit on our liability will apply only where it is fair, clearly disclosed, and legally enforceable in your jurisdiction.
10. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or court rights available where you live. Email support@poke.party first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. You may also use any regulator, court, or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a business reorganization or sale if your rights are not reduced.
